Mindfulness for Lawyers (MCLE Course)
Our course, “Mindfulness for Lawyers," is a MCLE approved course. It meets the requirement for 1-hour continuing legal education credit to satisfy the requirement for mental health and substance abuse. The goal of this course is to make mindfulness accessible for lawyers who may not have time for the average meditation or yoga class. The course provides each lawyer with techniques that they can use throughout their busy schedule. These techniques can take as little as one minute and can be implemented immediately after completing the course. This course is interactive and can be customized to fit the needs of your practice.
