Schmid Etienne, MS, MATcs
Co-founder & CEO of RE.S.S.E.T, Schmid has 16+ years in the health and wellness industry. Schmid has a master’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Exercise Science with a focus in motor-control and Human Movement as well as numerous graduate and advanced level programs in neuromuscular systems, rehabilitation and biomechanics such as MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques), RTS (Resistance Training Specialist) and MSS (Muscle System Specialist).
He has been featured in the Chicago Sun-times and has lead workshops on postural ergonomic, health and stress management at Google, DePaul University, Loyola University, and several Law firms across Chicago.
Co-founder & COO of R.E.S.S.E.T, Lauren is a co-active trained life coach and is completing her Masters in Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She specializes in organizational leadership, mindfulness & stress management
Lauren's work in corporate America inspired her to create R.E.S.S.E.T with Schmid with the goal of showing people that stress does not need to be a constant in the working world. She has lead workshops on mindfulness, health and stress management at Google, DePaul University, Loyola University, and several Law firms across Chicago.
