Our course, “Mindfulness for Lawyers, is a MCLE approved course. It meets the requirement for 1-hour continuing legal education credit to satisfy the requirement for mental health and substance abuse. The goal of this course is to make mindfulness accessible for lawyers who may not have time for the average meditation or yoga class. The course provides each lawyer with techniques that they can use throughout their busy schedule. These techniques can take as little as one minute and can be implemented immediately after completing the course. This course is interactive and can be customized to fit the needs of your practice.

About the Creators of the Course:
This course was developed by Schmid Etienne and Lauren Ruckheim of R.E.S.S.E.T Studio with Rosemary Hollinger of Partner Up. Schmid and Lauren bring extensive experience in corporate stress management with their research-backed R.E.S.S.E.T techniques that are proven to help you manage stress anytime & anywhere. Rosemary adds the lawyer’s perspective of how and where to use the R.E.S.S.E.T mindfulness techniques in the life of the busy lawyer.
This class is $200 for each participant with a minimum of 10 participants needed
